Senior Platform Engineer
About the role
Millions of people fall asleep to our Go API every night, and we need a Senior Platform Engineer to keep it that way. You'll own the backend behind Slumber and Deep Sleep Sounds: a multi-tenant Go/Gin/MySQL API and Angular admin panel, the media pipeline that processes every story and soundscape we publish, notification and webhook systems, and zero-downtime data migrations at scale.
You've run production Go services through incidents and major upgrades, you know relational databases deeply, and you're at home on Linux VMs. You'll also direct AI coding agents and review their work closely, so your judgment goes further than your typing speed. Multi-tenant architecture, push notifications (OneSignal/FCM), or Stripe experience is a bonus. Small team, full ownership, and a system whose uptime people notice at 3 a.m.
What we offer
Flex time / remote work: set your own schedule and work from anywhere in the world.
27 days paid vacation. 12 weeks paid maternity leave, 4 weeks paid parental leave.
